    • You may cancel or change the date of your reservation free of charge up to 3 hours prior to the reservation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • If the reservation is cancelled less than 3 hours in advance, a penalty of 10\u20ac per guest<\/strong> will be applied.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Changes in the number of guests must be made 3 hours before the reservation is made<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Non-attendance or arrival more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will be considered a cancellation after the established deadline, forfeiting the reservation and applying a penalty of \u20ac10 per guest.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Conditions for Group Bookings (more than 7 people)<\/strong>:\n

      • You may cancel or modify the date of your reservation free of charge up to 72 hours prior to the reservation.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Once this deadline has passed, no changes will be possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Changes in the number of guests must be made 3 hours before the reservation is made<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • In groups with agreed menus, last minute no-shows<\/strong> will be charged 50% of the menu price<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Non-attendance or arrival more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will be considered a cancellation after the established deadline, forfeiting the reservation and applying a penalty of the total amount paid in the case of prepaid events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Conditions for Gift Voucher Reservations<\/strong>:\n

        • In the case of reservations with gift vouchers, non-attendance will consider the entire gift voucher as consumed, losing the right to use it in future reservations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Conditions for Cancellation of Events and Reservations with Deposits<\/strong>:\n

          • You may cancel or change the date of your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the reservation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

            • If the reservation is presented or cancelled with less than 12 hours notice<\/strong>, the gift voucher will be considered consumed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Changes and Cancellations of Purchases<\/strong>:\n

              • For any change or cancellation of the purchase, you have 7 calendar days<\/strong> from the completion of the purchase to request a refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
